Designed for players competing in local to Midwest level tournaments

Fast paced tennis drills with specific goals for increasing match play skills, endurance and shot selection

Tennis specific fitness run by certified fitness trainers

LTA- Elite Training Camps

Qualifier Camp & Midwest Closed Camp in June; National Open, Clay Court, Zonals & Regional and High School Training Camps in July & August

3.5 hour sessions Monday through Friday

90 minutes of high intensity tennis drills; 90 minutes of supervised match play & 30 minutes of tennis specific fitness held outdoors on hard and clay courts.
